I am the retired State Archaeologist here in Oregon. I started in art by doing a few portraits using dots of ink over the decades. In 2017 I started doing finger painted dry pigment portraits of the Saan speaking (bushman) people with emphasis on the Naro Band in Botswana, Africa. A good friend co-manages Eco Tours International where people spend several weeks with the Naro.
My web page is http://oregon-archaeology.com/ so if you want to know more about me open my web site. I have a YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCVGrNQo7Wui9cCY_Xv6h5ZA and a Facebook page that now includes an experimental art page: Salemography https://www.facebook.com/Salemography where I have been taking a photo of random Salem residents, then doing a dry pigment portrait listing a life changing event. Covid put a damper on the page so I have been listing some of my portraits as well.
