Carl E Capps is a Pacific Northwest Artist, Teacher, and Author, as well as an award winning Sculptor, and Painter.

Carl paints with Watercolors, Pastels, and Oil Paints, concentrating mainly on Landscapes, Wildlife Sculpture, and, Portraiture.

Born in Idaho, Carl currently lives in Salem, Oregon. Carl is mainly a self taught artist but has taken advantage of attending artist workshops and classes to sharpen his skills.
