A Haven for Learning
Our well-lit and large classroom is located on the second floor of the Keizer Cultural Center at 980 Chemawa Rd. N.E., Keizer, OR 97303.
There is seating for 24 along with numerous work surfaces. The Art Library is situated in the classroom so that students have easy access. The room has a wall of windows and a small kitchen with coffee and tea available. A few walls of the classroom have members’ art displayed, including the current Artist of the Month. Students are encouraged to visit the adjacent gallery for inspiration.
Open Studios
We offer KAA members free, open studio time in the classroom. There are both medium-focused and open sessions. Attend one of these sessions to interact with other artists. These are a great opportunity to informally share techniques and to learn from each other.
Show up and join in!
